  No negotiating with Ben. Good luck getting him to repair poor workmanship. It usually takes weeks for him to respond to fix his screwups. He's arrogant and hard to deal with.

  Best Builder ever! I really love the way Ben builds homes to last! The details work everywhere is impressive as well as all the extras that were added that other builders overcharge for. Great company, and a great experience dealing with them the whole way! Ben the Builder is a "No Brainer" if you are looking or a great contractor that will treat you right and make good in his word.
